Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and come with no obligation.
What happens if you find extra problems once the roof is opened up?
We tell you straight away and agree the price with you before any extra work goes ahead.
Can you do small repairs as well as full roofs?
Yes. A few slipped tiles is as welcome as a full re-roof.
Does weather affect the work?
Safety comes first, so we do not work on roofs in high wind, ice or heavy rain. If the weather causes a delay, we will let you know the new dates.
How do I pay?
Smaller jobs are paid on completion. Larger jobs can be agreed in stages, set out in your written quote.
What areas do you cover?
Sunderland, Washington, Houghton-le-Spring, Seaham, South Shields, Gateshead, Newcastle and Durham. Ask if you are nearby.
